We are delighted to welcome you to Elies Aesthetic Living Hotel. In this directory you will find helpful information about our hotel services. If you have an additional question or request please contact one of our staff members.

HOUSEKEEPING

Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 16:00. For extra towels or pillows please contact reception. There is a variety of pillows for you to choose. Please do not remove towels from your room, they are not for beach or pool use.

IRON/IRONING BOARD

There are irons in every room. Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the ironing board.

LOST & FOUND

All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception if you are missing something. Shipping to you is at your own cost.

MEDICAL SERVICE/ PHARMACY

If you require medical help please contact reception. The nearest pharmacy is located in N.Irakitsa village and the nearest hospital is in Kavala city.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public Transport timetable is available at reception.

ROOMS

All rooms feature flat-screen smart tvs, mini fridge with a freezer compartment, safeboxes, Nespresso machines with capsules and an electric kettle.

SWIMMING POOL

Opening times: 10:30 - 19:30

WAKE UP CALL

You can arrange a wake up call at your preferred time  by contacting reception.

AIR CONDITION & HEATING

All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Use the remote control to set the temperature you wish. Please make sure that your balcony doors are properly closed.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served by the pool from 8:00 - 11:00 daily. If you wish to have breakfast earlier please contact reception. We can also offer you breakfast in your room, or in special take away boxes.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 

Check-In is at 15:00. Check-Out is by 11:00. If you wish to extend the check-out time, please contact reception. Express check out service is available.

ELECTRICITY

All our power outlets in the hotel have an electric voltage of 220V.

INTERNET

There is free Wireless High-Speed Internet Access throughout the hotel.  Available laptop/tablet upon request.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Laundry service and dry cleaning are available with an additional fee.

PARKING 

You may park your car on the parking lot. Please ensure that you do not obstruct anybody. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damages and losses.

RECEPTION

Reception is open from 07:00 until 23:00. You can call +306946952291 24h/day.

CHILDREN

Children of all ages are welcome in our facilities. Babycots are available upon request. Children should always be supervised at all times especially in the pool area.
